Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product(s), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or issue a refund.

Major mismatch in flavor quality : We take pride in our consistent roast quality bacth over batch. However in rarest of the cases, if you find our coffee taste very differernt from the mentioned tasting notes on teh outer bag, we’ll be happy to refund 50% of the item value. You can keep the coffee with you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Consumable items (e.g., coffee beans) that have been opened and more than 25% of the item has been consumed
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs
